Iron Exchange: Reviews & Ratings
Very nice Tavern & Brewery, the food was great and so was the service. It was a little slow when I got there, but keep in mind they just opened for the day, which also allowed me to get photos for posting. But it soon picked up for the lunch hour. I started with the Cauliflower app, mainly because it sounded interesting. I wasn't sure I would like it, but I actually loved it! Then I finished with the Steak Frittes, the fries were really good, perfectly salted, and my Hanger steak was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back to try their pizzas
Great atmosphere, great food, and the bartender had the best attitude! We came on a very understaffed day, so everything took a very long time, which is no fault of the people working. They were working hard and doing the best they could. We had the spinach salad with chicken, which was wonderful, the steak frittes, which were also wonderful, and the cauliflower, which was just okay. I would go back and try this place again on a day that they were properly staffed. Super cool place!
Cute place! We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday and only a handful of tables were full. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Our group of five has cheese curds, a veggie burger, the walleye, a margarita pizza, mac and cheese, the fish tacos, and a handful of beers. Everyone was happy with their meals! The French fries were probably the best part.
I had a wonderful date night here. It was a Friday might so they had a wonderful band playing. The food was excellent. Cooked really well. Good sized portions. The signature drink menu was plentiful and the cocktails were awesome. The ice even had their logo stamped on it. The atmosphere was very warm and comforting. The server was incredibly attentive and helpful. Everyone looked like they enjoyed working even while it was incredibly busy. I can't wait to go back!
5 stars all the way! We stopped in for lunch on our way out of town. The inside bar area had a large seating area and a stage for live music. They also had a really nice outdoor patio area. Our server was great and offered several suggestions. We had a flight and a house made bloody. All of the beers on the flight were good, but the Irish Red Nitro was the favorite. We order cheese curds which were the best I’ve ever had, followed by fish tacos and an incredible Italian Sandwich. EVERYTHING here was awesome, and I can’t wait to come back to try the pizzas and more beer.
I had the Margarita Pizza and their version of Chicken Wings. To start the pizza was very tasty. Being a New Yorker and growing up with down the block pizza shops. It wasn't New York Pizza but I tell you their Margharita Pie was one tasty pie, pair that off with one of their brews and you are good . I rated their pizza a (4) for flavor and fresh ingredients. Their Chicken Wings were a (5). They may as well call them Jurassic Wings cause these things are no joke. Very well made and tasty. The facility is big enough to bring all your friends with indoor and outdoor seating . They have space for dancing as well as a stage for live music. Their beers are highly rated and I would have to visit again someday to try more of their foods and brews.
